Coin Week starts in Ivanovo region

From October 26 to November 7, the Coin Week event organized by the Bank of Russia takes place throughout Russia. The purpose of the event is to return to active circulation coins that are stored in the piggy banks of citizens.

You can exchange the accumulated change for paper bills or transfer funds to a bank account at more than 20 thousand reception points: offices of banks and chain stores.

Bank of Russia coins issued since 1997 are accepted for exchange. A passport will be required to deposit money into a bank account. Organizers recommend that you sort the trifle by face value in advance to speed up the recalculation process.
