According to the source, organizations place ads on behalf of specific teachers. However, after the client’s request, the application falls to the administrator, who independently appoints a teacher from the company’s database. Initial family choices are not taken into account.

To hide the substitution, tutors are required to work under false names and conduct online classes with the camera turned off. Recording of lessons is prohibited, and the possibility of personal communication between parents and the teacher is limited.

One of the teachers who worked under this scheme, said that after leaving the company decided to continue teaching students on their own. In response, the former employer accused him of poaching customers and, according to the man, refused to pay more than 30 thousand rubles earned.
