In Moscow and the suburbs on the night of November 8, the formation of “black” ice is expected. This is with reference to weather forecasters reports Telegram-channel “Caution, Moscow”.

According to forecasts, the temperature in the region will fall to minus 3 degrees. Due to the freezing of moisture on roads and sidewalks, an invisible ice crust 3-5 mm thick is formed.
