If tenants do not pay for housing and refuse to move out, the owner should be asked in writing to repay the debt and terminate the contract. If an agreement is not possible, the issue is resolved through the court.
Grounds for termination of the rental contract are specified in article 687 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. For long-term employment, the reason may be non-payment of fees for six months, unless the contract provides for another period. For short-term hiring, the reason may be overdue more than twice.
It is also possible to appeal to the court if the tenants damage the apartment or systematically violate the rights of neighbors.
Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” reported that Murmansk residents will be able to return money for a dangerous taxi ride.
