Murmansk faces criminal liability for threats and beatings in the entrance

In Murmansk detained a 48-year-old man suspected of attacking a local resident. The conflict occurred in the entrance of the house on Schmidt Street. This was reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Murmansk region.

According to police, in the evening 39-year-old Murmansk citizen went to visit his mother and on the stairs met an unfamiliar man. He threatened to kill him, then punched him in the face and groin. The victim required medical attention.

Examination found that the man suffered harm to the health of moderate severity. Police quickly identified the suspect. They were previously convicted resident of Murmansk. He admitted his guilt and explained what happened with personal hostility.

Criminal cases were opened against the man on intentional infliction of harm to health of medium gravity and threat of murder or causing serious harm to health. Under these articles, he can face up to three years in prison. Now the suspect is under a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
