Due to technical problems, users may temporarily not receive checks for purchases and services rendered. After restoring the services, the missing documents will be generated automatically.
Self-employed people working through Yandex platforms are advised not to form checks on their own until November 1, 2026, in order to avoid duplication. If the service does not automatically transfer checks by this time, it will be necessary to reflect the income in the My Tax application on its own no later than November 9, 2026.
The Federal Tax Service also noted that technical circumstances, due to which the user could not use cash registers, may become the basis for exemption from administrative liability.
Earlier, MK in Murmansk also reported that Murmansk residents were advised to save copies of data from Yandex in case of failures.
