According to the rules, the direction to the sources of external fire water supply should be indicated by signs with a reflective surface or light indicators that are connected to the power grid and burn at night or constantly. They should be clearly marked with the distance to the hydrants.

At the house of 16 on Soviet street such signs were not installed. The Emergencies Ministry proposed Murmanskvodokanal to designate the direction to the water supply sources at this address. The company may challenge the warning in due course.
