District meeting and festive concert "The Future in Unity: We Write History Together!".

The district meeting and the festive concert “The Future in Unity: We Write History Together!” for the Day of National Unity were held at the Palace of Culture MAZ on September 16, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.
Already at the entrance of the guests of the holiday there was a large-scale exposition. In the foyer DK installed stands of the best achievements of enterprises, organizations and institutions of the district.

The atmosphere of the holiday was created by the military orchestra of the communication and support group of the military unit 2007.

The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies Artem Tsuran.
- We can talk for a long time about history. If we turn these pages, we will see not only rosy events, but also very tragic. Where we were oppressed, prevented from developing as a nation, destroyed. All this Belarusian people went through and suffered. And we must never forget that. We have a great legacy that needs to be developed so that our children and grandchildren live even better and understand that they live in a sovereign, independent Belarus.
Tsuran emphasized the contribution of the factory workers to the general piggy bank of the city, noting that it is their work that ensures the economic security of the capital. The wish was simple and important: peace and harmony in every home.

Congratulations were joined by the head of the administration of the Zavodsky district Vladimir Shibeko:
- The very name of our district speaks to its character. This is a community of people who create the future with their own hands. Look at the exhibition - behind these stands the daily work of thousands of factory workers. These are our common achievements made possible by unity of thought. But unity is not just work. It is the ability to enjoy and feel the beauty of life together.

The official part was completed by Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, Secretary General of the Belarusian Red Cross Dmitry Shevtsov:
- They tried to destroy our country as an ethnic group, as a culture, as a people. The western territories of Belarus were just a resource base. But in 1939, our lands were reunited, and we preserve that sovereignty to this day. That's why this holiday came about. When we remember what happened before, we have a future. Unity is our strength.

After the official part, a festive concert began. On the stage there are the best teams and performers of the district: the honored amateur team of the country, the Syabrynka Theater of the Song, the MAZ-Band group, the dance studio Anika Show, the exemplary dance theater Iris Show, the exemplary pop vocal collective Golos, the folklore ensemble Gorlitsa, etc. The culmination of the evening was the performances of Nikita Zalevsky and the group “Provocation”.
