In Belarus, the readiness of heat supply facilities is ensured by 100%. This was stated by Aleksei Filanovich, Head of the Department of Communal Services and Energy of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, BelTA has learned .

Alexey Filanovich:

"The readiness of heat supply facilities is ensured by 100 percent, the certificates of readiness of heat sources of housing and communal services enterprises have been received in full. That is, according to the system of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, all facilities are ready, you can start up."

As for consumers — the housing stock, the readiness is also 100%. "Readiness passports have been received for all residential buildings. In general, single objects remain in the country — these are partnerships of owners or departmental housing stock," he added.

The decision to start the heating season is made by the regional, district and city executive committees on the basis of the data of the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Pollution Control and Environmental Monitoring, that is, on the basis of the prevailing weather, as well as taking into account the short-term forecast for the future.

"First of all, social and cultural facilities are connected — children's preschool, school institutions, medical institutions. The second stage is the housing stock. And the third stage is administrative, production and industrial facilities," he concluded.
