At the agricultural plant "Jubilee" opened a line for the production of vitamin and herbal flour

Modern approaches in feeding. The line for the production of vitamin and herbal flour was opened at the Yubileiny agricultural plant in Orsha district.

The capacity of the new workshop will allow to produce up to five tons of nutritious animal feed per day. Production is round-the-clock, all processes are automated, under strict supervision of specialists. Line control through the control room. Particular attention is paid to the quality of raw materials, temperature and storage conditions of products.

Maxim Veremeychik, head of the project department of the subcontractor organization: “The grass enters the cavern, then on the drying drums, where it is dried at a temperature of 120-140 ° C at the exit of the drying drum. Already dry product enters the crushers, where it is crushed, then enters the granulators. After the granulator, the product is already commercially cooled.”.

The new feed will increase the productivity of the dairy herd. Granules are saturated with protein, stored for a long time without loss of vitamins and nutrients. At the same time, the consumption of mixed feed is reduced by almost 20%. The products are compact, take up less space in warehouses and facilitate the process of feed distribution.

Alexander Firsin, director of the Yubileiny agricultural plant: “Today we have seriously engaged in the cultivation of alfalfa and, having fields, when you do not need this green mass somewhere already, because we have laid enough sewage, but, for example, there is a third bite there and so on, so naturally this grass we turn into a good kind or feed, or commodity products that can be stored, you can sell.”.

During the year, the workshop plans to produce up to five thousand tons of products. The first time it will be used for their own needs. In the future – work on the domestic market and exports.
