Belarusian NPP hosts international training course on leadership and safety culture
The international training course “Leadership and Safety Culture in Nuclear Energy” started at the Belarusian NPP on October 6, the correspondent of the Belarusian nuclear power plant reports.

The international training course “Leadership and Safety Culture in Nuclear Energy” started at the Belarusian NPP on October 6, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports with reference to the Telegram channel of the Belarusian NPP.
The event was organized with the assistance of the Moscow Center of the World Association of Organizations Operating Nuclear Power Plants (VAO NPP-MC). Representatives of the Belarusian, Smolensk, Kursk and Beloyarsk NPPs, as well as representatives of the joint-stock company Rosenergoatom are involved in the training.

The training course will last until October 9. Participants will get acquainted with approaches and best world practices in the field of training leaders and managers in nuclear energy, master methods of positive interaction with personnel and coaching, and deepen knowledge in the field of nuclear safety culture.
General Director of the Belarusian NPP Sergey Bobovich warmly welcomed the guests. He expressed gratitude to WANO NPP-MC for a long and fruitful cooperation, emphasized the relevance of the training topic, and also wished the students to successfully master new knowledge and apply them in the production process.
