In the agro-town of Olshany, Stolin district, the grand opening of the new building of the fire rescue post No. 15 took place. The facility is equipped with the necessary equipment and fire and rescue equipment, and the equipped garage is designed for three car seats. The new conditions will create an even more comfortable and functional environment for service and rapid response to emergencies.

The opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus Major-General of Internal Service Vadim Sinyavsky. He stressed that the development of the Emergencies Ministry units and strengthening their material and technical base are primarily aimed at protecting people:
- It is very important that the security infrastructure is provided primarily in the interests of the people. Units such as the fire and rescue post in Olshany play an important role in ensuring the safety of settlements and economic facilities. Strengthening their material and technical base, equipping rescuers with modern equipment and necessary equipment allow them to respond quickly to emergencies and effectively solve the whole range of tasks facing the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Deputy Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Alexander Maksimchuk noted that the opening of the updated fire station building is another important step in the consistent strengthening of public security infrastructure and improving the quality of life in rural areas:
- All the necessary conditions for full service have been created here: modern communication technologies have been introduced, modern rescue equipment is available, and household comfort for personnel is provided. I am sure that the updated material and technical base will allow the Stolin rescuers to more effectively perform the tasks to protect people and their native land.

For the personnel of PASP No. 15, the opening of the new building was also an important event. In the near future, rescuers will move from the former premises to the updated service conditions, which provide everything necessary for the organization of the daily activities of the unit.
- For our unit, moving to a new building is an important stage. There are much more comfortable conditions for service: spacious rooms, necessary living conditions, a new garage. All this allows the staff to fully rest between trips and be ready to perform the tasks. Special attention should be paid to the improvement of the territory near the new building. There was a memorial stone with an information plate, thematic benches and a lantern were installed. It turned out not only to update the conditions for the work of the unit, but also to create a landscaped space that will remind us of our service and its purpose. I am sure that in the new building we will be able to perform our duties even more effectively and justify the trust of residents, said Alexander Kisel, head of PASP No. 15 of the Stolin district emergency department.
