At the forum of young careerists in Kirovsk will teach not to be afraid of robots

On October 30, a youth career forum in the format of “robofactory” will be held in Kirovsk, the press service of the Employment Center told. Event manifesto: "A robot won't take your job." He'll take your boring job - go run it

The forum will be held from 11:00 to 16:00 at the Kirov Polytechnic College. It will bring together more than 500 graduate students of colleges and universities of the Leningrad region. As well as 30 leading employers in the region, representatives of 10 educational organizations. About a thousand current vacancies, internship programs and production practices will be presented. The organizers of the forum promised that its key events focused on real market demands and practical employment skills.

The program of the forum includes a panel discussion on the topic “Without theory: who is and will be sought in the region”. Structural changes in the labor market, scarce specialties and real requirements for young specialists will be discussed.

You can pump your presentation abilities on the interactive show “Battle of resume”. Experts will analyze real cases of applicants in real time.

Then you can participate in the business game “Assembly team: who is responsible for what node”. “Robotics is not a risk, it’s an upgrade.”.

In parallel, interactive platforms will work throughout the forum. For example, the “Virtual workshop” with a test drive of professions using VR helmets.
