During the scheduled inspection, it turned out that the journals did not note important signs of possible deformations, as well as geological and mining factors that can affect the safety of work.
In addition, experts did not inspect all areas of the quarry to check the condition of the slopes and notice possible changes in time.
For violations of the company officials will be brought to administrative responsibility. The basis will be Article 9.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for liability for violation of industrial safety requirements and license conditions for certain types of activities.
