In Kherson region received more than 1.3 thousand applications for registration of real estate

Since the beginning of October, residents of the Kherson region have filed 1,344 applications for registration of property rights through the territorial Department of Labor and Social Protection. Acceptance of documents was organized to help citizens pass the procedure and reduce the burden on the MFC and Rosreestr.

Documents are accepted in the Genic, Novotroitsk, Chaplyn, Nizhneserogaz, Skadov and Golopristan administrations. Reception is by appointment - you can register in person at the management or by phone.

To register previously arising rights, title documents issued before September 30, 2022 are required. These may be acts of authorities, contracts of sale, exchange or gift, certificate of inheritance and other documents.

It is important for residents of the region to have time to register real estate before the New Year, while a simplified registration scheme operates.
