The customer is the municipal "Gorzelenhoz". The initial cost of work is 2.129 million rubles. The improvement will affect the territory along the house No. 1 on Lenin Street.

The contractor will have to update the tracks, prepare the base, install curbs and lay paving slabs. The site also plans to install new lighting and connect it to the existing networks of the square.

The work must be completed by November 15, 2026. One application was received for the purchase, so the procedure was declared invalid.

The building, where Park Cafe and Perchini worked, was demolished in December 2023 after legal proceedings. The building was recognized as unauthorized.

Earlier, “MK in Novosibirsk” reported that in the summer of 2023 Park Cafe and “Perchini” closed against the background of litigation around the building in Pervomaisky square.
