By the New Year holidays, the cost of delicacies continues to grow, which forces experts to compare prices with the income of the population. According to the forecasts of the newspaper Gazeta.Ru, by the end of the year the price of one kilogram of red caviar can be about 35 thousand rubles.

And the analysis of income in the Ivanovo region shows a sad picture. The median salary in the region is kept on average at 48.4 thousand rubles. In terms of caviar, this is about 1.4 kg of product.
