In the coming days, water levels on most rivers of Belarus are predicted to rise, as well as a gradual decrease in water temperature in rivers and reservoirs. As of October 9, almost everywhere on the rivers of the country there is a small (up to 13 centimeters per day) decline in water levels and their smooth course, a slight (up to 8 centimeters per day) increase in water levels is observed only on the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Rechitsa, Berezina near Borisov and Svetlogorsk, Pripyat on the Petrikov-Mozyr site, as well as on their individual tributaries.
Unfavorable conditions for river transport are noted on the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Mogilev, Zhlobin, Rechitsa and Loev, Berezina near Bobruisk and Svetlogorsk, Sozhe near Krichev, Slavgorod and Gomel, Pripyat near the village of Chernichi and Mozyr.
The water temperature in the rivers is in the range from +10 ° C to +15 ° C, in water bodies from +13 ° C to +16 ° C.
