Sappers seized five mortar mines and artillery shell
On October 23, the operational duty officer of the Emergency and Rescue Service of the Kursk region received a message about the detection of explosive objects. They were found in the village of Solnechny Zolotukhinsky district on the territory of Kursksaharprom LLC.
Rescuers of the department of planning special works for the disposal of explosive objects were sent to the place. After the inspection and determination of the degree of danger, the ammunition was seized and taken to the destruction range. These included 82 mm (3), 81 mm (1), 50 mm (1) and 76 mm artillery shells. All of them during the Great Patriotic War.
Rescuers reminded that if a suspicious object is found, you should immediately contact the Rescue Service - 112.
