In the Stavropol Territory, exercises were held to deploy a mobile control point (PPU) - a high-tech complex designed for operational coordination of forces in the emergency zone.
PPU is an autonomous system of specially equipped cars, tent camps and pneumoframe modules. The main task of such a point is to create a full-fledged working space for the operational headquarters in the shortest possible time where there is no stationary infrastructure. This allows the civil defense forces and the unified emergency system to effectively manage rescue operations directly on the scene.
The readiness and technical condition of the mobile center was inspected by the head of the Fire and Emergency Rescue Service of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Voronin. During the audit, the speed of deployment of modules, the reliability of communication systems and the compliance of the PPU with all the stringent requirements of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were evaluated.
Such training ensures that in the event of a real threat, the regional authorities will be able to quickly take the situation under control anywhere in the region.
Earlier it was reported that residents of the Podgorny district were warned about checking the warning systems.
