In Stavropol clarify the boundaries of mining and sanitary protection of the resorts of the Caucasian Mineral Waters

Acting Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Stavropol Territory Sergey Izmalkov held a video conference with the heads of city and municipal districts. The main topic was the coordination of the preliminary boundaries of the zones of the districts of mining and sanitary protection (GSO) of natural therapeutic resources of the resorts of the Caucasian Mineral Waters in relation to the distributed subsoil fund.

As noted in the regional Ministry of Natural Resources, this work is carried out on behalf of Governor Vladimir Vladimirov. Its goal is to assist the plan of the Ministry of Health of Russia to establish a new district of mining and sanitary protection of natural therapeutic resources of the resort region of KMV.

The result of the ongoing work of the Ministry of Health of Russia will be an order to establish a GSO district, which will approve new boundaries of the Caucasian Mineral Waters district. This will update the regime for the protection of natural healing resources and ensure their rational use.

A meeting with the heads of municipalities is one of the stages of agreeing borders. In the near future, work on the clarification of GEO zones will continue.
