The appeal was received on September 18, 2026. The comments concerned the section of the highway Kaliningrad (from Borisovo) - Znamensk - Ozersk - Gusev - Dobrovolsk - Neman" at kilometers 175.4-176.
The document states that the pavement and side stone were in unsatisfactory condition. The Ministry proposed to bring them into a regulatory state: to clean the pavement slabs and curb stone, as well as to eliminate the identified defects.
A warning to the Road Administration of the Kaliningrad region was announced on October 8, 2026. The Ministry pointed to the need to comply with the requirements for the maintenance of roads of regional and inter-municipal significance.
