More than 1.4 thousand Vologda residents came out to clean Vologda

In the regional capital, a series of Saturdays took place as part of the autumn month for improvement. The streets were cleared of debris, fallen foliage and dry branches. The events started on September 19 and will last until October 19.

During this time, more than 1,440 Vologda residents went to clean up. 2,405 garbage bags were collected at more than 135 locations in the city. Saturdays are attended by representatives of TOS, employees of enterprises, pupils of social institutions, veterans and caring Vologda residents.

Everyone can join the month of cleanliness. The main rule is that garbage bags should be left only on roadside lawns, where transport access is provided.
