On the street Minaev in Ulyanovsk remove the track: laid 140 tons of asphalt

Two problematic sections of Minaev Street in Ulyanovsk are being updated after the formation of a rut. In one shift, road workers laid 140 tons of asphalt concrete mixture on about 1000 square meters. The main work is expected to be completed on October 6.

The asphalt is changed in front of the Savior-Voznesensky Cathedral and near the unregulated pedestrian crossing between the streets of September 12 and the Iron Division. The old coating on these sites was removed with a mill on Saturday, after which on October 5 they began laying a new one.

To date, the repair has been completed by about 75%. The facility has an asphalt layer, two rinks, two tractors and six dump trucks.

After the completion of asphalt laying, the specialists of the MBU “Right Bank” must restore road markings.

The work on Minaev will not end. The next section, where city services plan to engage in the gauge, will be the Moscow highway near UAZ.
