On the Voronezh teenager attacked by a domestic dog

The prosecutor's office of Verkhnekhav district is seeking compensation for a teenager injured by a dog.

The Prosecutor’s office of Verkhnekhav district conducted a check on the appeal of the legal representative of a 16-year-old teenager who suffered as a result of an animal attack.

As established in the course of supervisory measures, the incident occurred in September in the village of Vishnevka. The 16-year-old boy was attacked by a dog belonging to a local resident. As a result, the teenager was injured, and also experienced physical pain and moral suffering.

In order to protect the rights of a minor, the district prosecutor sent a statement of claim to the owner of the dog to the court. The supervisory authority demands to recover from the owner of the animal compensation for moral damage caused to the teenager.
