There is also a brief step-by-step instruction on what you need to do to the owner of the account on “Public Services” in order not to become a victim of scammers. The road map looks like this:
Go to Public Services and go to the section "Security and protection from fraudsters".
Set up self-prohibitions for actions that can be performed on your behalf: registration of loans, communication contracts and real estate transactions.
Connect the ban on transactions without your personal participation - so to arrange a real estate transaction without you will not work.
Ban loans, loans and mobile phone contracts in your name.
