At the crossroads of Aurora and Aerodrome in Samara yesterday began repair of tramways

Since the evening of September 18, the repair of tram tracks at the intersection of Aerodromna and Aurora streets began in Samara. The work is divided into two stages: the first will last until 22:00 on October 1 on the site from the Volgina street, and the second until 22:00 on October 15 on the site from the Enthusiastov street. This was reported in the city administration.

During the first stage, public transport will run on temporary schemes. Tram routes 1, 3, 4, 11, 18 and 23 will continue to work, but from 22:00 on weekdays and from 20:00 on weekends their routes will change.

So, tram No. 1 will follow through Chapaevskaya, Ventseka, Frunze, Red Army, Uritsky, Penza, Dacha and Tukhachevsky streets. Route No. 3 will be divided into two sections: one will connect the center with Tukhachevsky Street, the second - XXII Party Congress Street with the Factory Highway. Trams No. 4 and 23 will go bypass through Stavropol, Antonov-Ovseenko, Garage, Novo-Sadovaya and Field. Route No. 11, working on weekends, will run along the Moscow highway, Tashkent, Democratic and Novo-Sadova. Tram No. 18 will run through Novo-Sadova, Field, Michurina, Clinical and Kiev.

Every morning at 05:00 traffic on the tracks will resume, and repairs will be suspended.

Buses will also change traffic patterns. From the shopping center "Aurora" and the bus station in the direction of the Central bus station, they will go on the usual routes - two of the four lanes on Aurora Street will leave free. In the city center from the bus station, buses will go to the Aerodrome through the Partizanskaya due to the ban on the left turn. When moving from Gagarin to the Aurora shopping center, the track will not change. Passage through the airfield will remain, but the road will be narrowed, and the speed will be limited to 40 km / h.

New rules are being introduced for motorists. When driving along Aurora Street from Gagarin to the Aurora shopping center and in the opposite direction, only turns to the right and movement straight are allowed, left turn is prohibited. On the aerodrome from Enthusiasts to Volgin, you can also not turn left. When moving from Volgin to Enthusiasts, all maneuvers are allowed.

The scheme of movement in the second stage of repair is still being developed. On how the movement will be organized from October 1, “MK in Samara” will report additionally.
