- The idea of the project arose from 11 years of practical experience and understanding that a person in a difficult situation first of all needs a quick and clear answer: where to go, where to get help and what the legislation provides. I wanted to create a tool that will be available at any time and allow you to get the necessary information online, said Irina Timirgaliyeva, senior operative for especially important cases of the Department for Countering Drug Crime of the Pavlodar Region.
On the site, you can find out what medical institutions are and how to apply for help, what responsibility is provided for by law, as well as ask a question to an AI consultant.
The resource became part of the digitalization of the preventive work of the Pavlodar police. It is part of the overall work on the prevention of drug offenses, increasing legal literacy and public awareness, and expanding access to digital consultations.
