Violation in the export of agricultural products revealed in the Astrakhan region

The Rosselkhoznadzor revealed a violation when exporting agricultural products from the Astrakhan region. Data monitoring in the Grain, Argus-Geo and Argus-Fito systems showed that in August-September 2026, the enterprise exported 9.3 thousand tons of corn grain from the quarantine zone.

At the same time, the accompanying documents did not contain information about the quarantine certificate, and in the Argus-Fito system there is no information about applying for it. Such actions are regarded as a violation of the law No. 206-FZ “On plant quarantine”.

The legal entity was given a warning: it was asked to eliminate the risks and continue to prevent such violations. Rosselkhoznadzor emphasizes that compliance with quarantine requirements is mandatory for all business entities – this is necessary to protect the territory of Russia from the spread of quarantine facilities.
