Manure and goats without marking: what did not please Tula LPH Rosselkhoznadzor

On-site inspection was held in Bogoroditsky district of Tula region in respect of individual entrepreneur Sh. M. Tolibova. Specialists of the regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor in Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions examined the personal subsidiary farm and found a number of violations there.

In particular, the farm contains one head of cattle and 24 goats. 19 animals do not have a unique alphanumeric identification number.

In addition, there was no disinfection mat at the entrance to the livestock room. Manure is stored outside the farm, and there are no conditions for its disinfection - this has led to environmental pollution. The perimeter of the farm is also not completely fenced: there is no fence on the side where the manure is stored.

In October 2026, the entrepreneur was warned about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that the Rosselkhoznadzor checked the conditions of livestock in the farm near Tula. During the preventive visit in the Efremovsk district, specialists examined the farm Kadiev K.S. with photo and video recording through the Inspector app and found no violations - all animals are marked, and there is a decourse at the entrance.
