When choosing a suitable model, Sena advised to take into account the anatomical features of the breast, including its shape, location and volume distribution. She recommended trying on products with different cups and placing the breasts in them correctly, leaning slightly forward. In addition, the specialist called for abandoning the habit of fastening the bra in front, followed by a turn around the body.

The designer paid special attention to sports underwear and its care. She explained that different levels of fixation are needed for yoga and running, and too close models can limit movements and make breathing difficult. Also, the expert does not advise using a dryer, since high temperature accelerates the wear of the material and leads to a loss of elasticity.
