The unfinished hostel in Zapolyarny will turn into a house with 45 apartments after 27 years

In Zapolyarny soon will complete the construction of a residential building, which since 1999 was an unfinished hostel. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Construction of the Murmansk region.

The building is already in high readiness. Another staircase group was attached to it, the outer walls were insulated and the ventilated facade system was mounted. The interior space was completely replanned and comfortable apartments with pantry and spacious kitchens were made. In each entrance there were wheelchairs. External engineering networks were brought to the house and internal communications were laid, as well as a new roof was mounted.

The contractor was left to mount a ventilated facade near the entrances to the basement, complete the improvement and interior decoration in some rooms. The five-storey house is planned to be commissioned before the end of the year.

Recall that after a technical inspection, the construction of an unfinished hostel in 1999 was decided to be completed. In the new building, 45 apartments will be provided to certain categories of citizens.
