Nizhny Novgorod region exports chicken eggs to Kyrgyzstan for the first time

The Nizhny Novgorod region began exporting chicken eggs to Kyrgyzstan for the first time. In October, the first million eggs were shipped from the Vyksunskaya poultry farm to the republic. The company is part of the agricultural holding "Russian Field".

As noted in the region, entering a new export market was a consequence of the modernization of the complex in Vyksa. This year, there were built three workshops for the maintenance of layings and a repair shop for young animals, thanks to which the productivity of the factory more than doubled to 310 million eggs per year.

The products of the Nizhny Novgorod agro-industrial complex are now supplied to 34 countries of the world. The region completely covers its own needs for commercial eggs (by 134%) and forms a surplus for export. For nine months of 2026, the volume of exports of products of Nizhny Novgorod farmers has almost doubled compared to the same period last year.
