NCA intensifies cooperation with Belarusian universities training personnel in the field of technical inventory

The National Cadastre Agency (NCA) has decided to intensify interaction with educational institutions of Belarus, leading personnel training in the field of technical inventory.

- On the basis of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy (BSHA) in October, an international informational scientific and practical seminar "Modern methods and technologies for performing works on technical inventory of real estate" was held, the initiator of the educational intensity was the NCA. This event became the starting point in the implementation of the new long-term personnel policy of the agency.

The choice of the site is not accidental: BSHA is the only university in the country where the discipline "Technical inventory" is taught. The seminar was aimed at improving the quality of training future graduates from the student bench, for this purpose it was decided to replenish the academic base of the university with advanced practical production technologies.

- For two days, employees of the real estate methodology department of the NCA acted as mentors, the agency said. Under their leadership, students immersed themselves in real production processes and in practice, mastering advanced geodetic and measuring equipment – trackfinders, GNSS receivers, laser roulettes and UAVs – quadcopters.

The practical-oriented format was highly appreciated both by the BSHA management and by the students themselves, who noted the value of such “pumping” for a future career in the field of cadastre. The event marked the beginning of a series of educational projects of the National Cadastre Agency with leading educational institutions, the purpose of which is to form a highly qualified personnel reserve for the entire real estate management industry.
