Notaries of Belarus will advise parents with many children and families with disabled children for free on October 14

On October 14, notaries of Belarus will hold a republican charity event on free counseling of large families and families raising disabled children. This was reported by sb.by in the Belarusian Chamber of Notaries.

The action is dedicated to Mother’s Day and Father’s Day – holidays that symbolize the importance of family values, parental care and responsibility. It is targeted at families for whom legal protection is of particular importance. On the holiday, parents with many children and parents raising disabled children will be able to get advice on a wide range of issues. Among the most popular topics are the nuances of registration of hereditary rights, drawing up wills and marriage contracts, agreements on children, certification of real estate purchase and sale transactions, alienation of vehicles.

All notary offices of the country will take part in the action. Notaries will receive and consult in accordance with the schedule of notary offices. Support for large families and families raising disabled children is the contribution of the notary community to strengthening the institution of family, the formation of responsible parenthood, the creation of conditions for a civilized solution of legal issues.

In addition, by the end of this year, the notary community plans to hold a republican charity event dedicated to the Lawyer’s Day (December 4).
