Novosibirsk business will introduce a paid state post on “State Services”
Companies and individual entrepreneurs of the Novosibirsk region will have e-mail inboxes on “State Services” for legally significant correspondence.
E-boxes will start working from September 1, 2027. Through them it will be possible to receive and send documents, notifications, notices and other legally significant messages. The operator of the system will be “Mail of Russia”.
For legal entities and IP, the use of such a box will be paid. A monthly fee is envisaged, but its size has not yet been set - tariffs and payment procedure will later be determined by the Russian government. In case of non-payment, access to the box can be temporarily suspended.
A message will be considered delivered via an email if the user logs in within seven days of posting the document. If electronic delivery does not take place, the correspondence will have to be sent to the addressee in other ways prescribed by law.
At the same time, the law does not establish a separate monthly fee for the self-employed without the status of an individual entrepreneur. This fee is directly provided for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.
Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that the State Duma approved the creation of an electronic postal system on Gosuslugi and the introduction of fees for business.
