Novosibirsk regional hospital will buy a C-arc and surgical laser

The hospital plans to put a mobile X-ray surgical apparatus C-arc. It allows doctors to take an X-ray image of the patient’s internal organs directly during surgery. Also, the medical institution will receive a device for laser surgery.

Federal specialists evaluated the organization of urological care in the region for three days. They visited the regional hospital, polyclinic No. 27 and the Clinical Medical Information and Analytical Center.

Experts also recommended to equip some urology offices and departments. These proposals are planned to be taken into account in the formation of the regional budget for next year.

In addition, experts drew attention to the need to increase the number of urologists in certain district hospitals and city clinics. Among the options for solving the personnel issue, changes in the target set of students and retraining of doctors of other specialties are considered.

Earlier, "MK in Novosibirsk" reported that the regional hospital is preparing for the opening of the department of radionuclide diagnostics, for which the SPECT / CT device has already been purchased.
