In order to successfully cope with issues related to livestock breeding and livestock conservation, an integrated approach is needed. This was noted in an interview with the TV channel “First Information” Chairman of the Minsk regional Executive Committee Alexei Kushnarenko, writes BelTA.

Alexey Kushnarenko stressed that the conditions of keeping livestock are one of the serious factors affecting its safety, in this regard, the Minsk region decided to build 111 new calf dispensaries.
The basis was taken dispensary, which we showed the President during a visit to JSC Nestanichy-Agro. The head of state approved this approach, and to date we have built all 111 dispensaries, the chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee said.
In the farms of the region significantly strengthened control over the quality of feed. They help control important processes in animal husbandry and new technologies. We signed an agreement with Beltelecom, according to which they began to equip our livestock facilities with video surveillance systems, a three-stage model of analysis and control was created. At the first level, the farm itself analyzes data online and, if necessary, takes measures. The next stage is the management of agriculture and food of the local district executive committee, and at the regional level (the third stage of control) is the committee on agriculture and food. Such a scheme allows us to qualitatively approach the safety of livestock, the head of the region noted.
In addition, in the central region, demand and responsibility for the safety of animals from officials and workers of livestock facilities have significantly increased.
“We are introducing the most advanced technologies, but it is important to understand that whatever palaces we build, if there is no elementary labor discipline of production, all our efforts will be nullified. Therefore, we try to approach the issue in a complex, which brings results. Thanks to the systemic measures taken in September alone, the death rate decreased by almost 400 heads compared to September last year, Alexey Kushnarenko summed up.
