New traffic light on the Communist began work in Kaliningrad

In Kaliningrad, at the crossroads of Pavlik Morozov and Kommunskaya streets, traffic light No. 182 began to work. This was reported in the city administration.

Specialists of the contractor completed the adjustment of the software settings taking into account the test connection. Phase settings are designed taking into account the direction of traffic flows, and are made as conflict-free as possible for transport and pedestrians.

Traffic light works in two modes depending on the time of day. In each mode, one of the streets receives priority - for her, the green signal burns longer to relieve the flow.

• From 20:00 to 17:00 (night, morning and afternoon) priority is at the Communist street.

• From 17:00 to 20:00 (in the evening) priority at Pavlik Morozov Street.

Drivers and pedestrians are asked to be careful and follow traffic lights. Specialists continue to monitor the operation of the facility.
