Deceived by fraudsters kineshek will return 390 thousand rubles

A woman raising a child with a disability suffered from the actions of remote attackers.

The investigation in the framework of the criminal case established the owners of accounts where the money was sent. It turned out that thanks to the fraud, a 60-year-old woman from Tatarstan and a 19-year-old young man from Dagestan earned money in this way.

The prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to recover unjust enrichment. The court agreed with the position of the supervisory authority. The defendants of the criminal case are obliged to compensate the victim for the entire stolen amount.
