Restrictions on the street in the center of the Nizhny extended for two months

In Nizhny Novgorod, the validity of restrictions on travel on Maslyakova Street was extended for two months. This information was published in the press service of the city administration.

As previously reported, the passage on the stretch from Gorky Square to Ilyinskaya Street was closed on August 31 to perform major repairs of the roadway. It was planned that the movement will be restored on October 2. But according to the latest information, the restrictions will be valid until 23:59 on December 1. The city administration explained that the deadline was extended in a planned manner, since initially the work was conceived in two stages: the replacement of communications is scheduled for 2026, and the completion of road repairs is scheduled for 2027. However, they decided to implement everything planned for the current year.

All communications have already been installed. Currently, repair work and expansion of the roadway are underway.

Before starting the movement, car owners should study the detour plan, determine the appropriate path, be vigilant and strictly follow the instructions of road signs.

Completion of work on opening this section for traffic is scheduled for the end of this year.
