About 130 new trees will be planted in the Kremlin garden of Vologda

With the support of PhosAgro, the Kremlin Garden is being transformed in the regional capital. The work is carried out within the framework of the program “Formation of the urban environment” and the support of the Governor of the region.

According to the head of Vologda Sergey Zhestyannikov, at the moment the readiness of the facility is 70%. Workers are engaged in landscaping. A total of 130 adult trees will be planted. The improvement was approached carefully. Healthy trees do not touch the garden. Only sick and emergency plantations were eliminated.

Coniferous and deciduous breeds are planted here, for example, spruce, ginnal maples and sharp-leaved, birch trees. On the banks of the ponds will appear three new species of willow. In the park area along Victory Avenue will unfold maple alley. All landings are scheduled to be completed by October 15.

Improvement work continues. The eastern part is almost ready. In the final stage, the installation of the entrance group and the scene in the western part. About 60 specialists work at the facility. 12 pieces of equipment are involved.

Recall that the Kremlin garden is being repaired as part of a great preparation for the 880th anniversary of Vologda.
