Promising developments of the Belarusian State University will be presented at the international exhibition "Energy". Ecology. Energy saving. Electro, which will be held in Minsk on October 27-30. This sb.bu reported in the press service of BSU.

The press service informed:

The University presents about 15 inventions in the field of energy, ecology and energy saving. In particular, BSU scientists will talk about the eLab-Arxiv specialized information archive online nuclear knowledge management system. This portal is designed for fast, free and free publication in the electronic scientific archive of materials in the field of nuclear energy, research and technology. Among the exhibits of the university are also radiation-resistant nanostructured ceramic coatings. They serve to improve the reliability, functionality and durability of aerospace and nuclear power systems. Visitors will also learn about new functional materials based on secondary resources. Such materials are used for the manufacture of antistatic polymeric floors in the premises of “clean production”: in medical institutions and in the electronics industry.

Another important development of the university is a flame retardant composite material based on textiles "TIGRAD-1". This composition is necessary to create an elastic material that reduces the fire hazard of various constructions. It takes any form and under the influence of heat increases many times in volume, thereby creating a fire-resistant organic foam structure with high thermal insulating properties.

Developments of BSU will be presented in the collective section of scientific and technical developments of the Ministry of Education of Belarus.

Electro is aimed at presenting the achievements of the fuel and energy complex of different countries, promoting the best innovative developments in the field of electricity, gas industry, energy and resource-saving technologies, digital development. The thematic forum will be held at the Minsk International Exhibition Center. BSU retained its position in the Moscow International University Ranking “Three University Missions”
