The statistics of the service show that of the 8,914 sites that fell into the “risk zone”, 6,445 do not have capital buildings. The expert stressed the scale of the problem at the national level: in 84 regions of the Russian Federation, about 3.75 million plots are located in such zones, and most of them (69%) are empty. According to Federal Law No. 301-FZ, the construction of residential buildings in such territories is now prohibited, which makes the use of more than 3 million plots almost impossible for development.
