Leading specialist of the Phobos Center Evgeny Tishkovets confirms the successful outcome of October: the day the thermometers will be kept in the area of plus 10 degrees throughout the working week, precipitation is not expected, and the sky will please with clarity and sun. Even on Saturday, the heat will still be enough, although it will become noticeably cooler.
