For the safety of vacationers, OSVOD constantly cleans the beach and the water area of the Tsnyanskaya rescue station from foreign objects. The annual survey is carried out before the start of the new swimming season - until May 1, then at least once a month and additionally according to the appeals of citizens. And when the time of the beach holiday ends, the specialists begin the final cleaning, which was observed by our correspondents.

Before stepping into the shift, each station specialist undergoes a medical examination and briefing, checks equipment. For admission to the dive, it is necessary that the person was healthy in all respects, says the medical worker of the Tsnyanskaya rescue station Mikhail Kulakov:

- Before the start of the shift and before each dive, measure blood pressure, temperature, pulse, breathalyzer check the alcohol content in the blood.

Safety during diving is always in the first place. Under water, the main difficulty is almost complete darkness and muddy water. In such conditions, the bottom has to be literally probed with your hands, moving very slowly and strictly according to plan, so as not to miss anything and not lose orientation. A diver never works alone: a partner on the surface keeps in touch and insures, monitors the time and is ready to help at any time. This is the basic principle of work, clarifies the diver of the 6th category, acting head of the rescue station "Tsnyanskaya" Rustam Chernooky:

- At least three people are involved in the examination and cleaning. This is a diver working under water, an insurer who is on the surface in equipment and, if necessary, is also ready to dive, and a third person providing - he receives and gives signals. For communication at depth, a rope is used - the signal end. For example, pulling once, the diver informs the partner that the dive was successful and he is ready to start the task. And until the diver comes to the surface, the provider has no right to release the signal end.

Only after a visual inspection and working inspection of the equipment at the place of descent, the diver is allowed to wear equipment: a wetsuit to which a signal end, flippers, a breathing apparatus, a cargo belt, a mask and a knife are attached. Having received a signal of readiness, providing duplicates it from the surface - gives the go-ahead and further adjusts the route commands "forward", "right", "left". During the dive, the diver surveys the site to buoys at a depth of one to almost two meters. And in just 15-20 minutes he returns to the shore with rusty iron. Rustam Black-eyed analyzes:

In general, metal objects are not often caught, most often we take out shoes, drowned balls and inflatable mattresses from the bottom. Sometimes comes across all sorts of fishing utensils, there are also unexpected finds, such as skis.

The expert notes that in recent years the condition of the beaches has improved significantly. According to colleagues, about 20 years ago, several trucks of garbage were taken out of there: car tires, household waste, large stones.

On a standard working day, the diver is under water for no more than two hours. Examination and cleaning of the water area are carried out during daily training dives. Here carefully monitor the state of the beaches, so if necessary, increase the number of dives, says Rustam Chernooky:

- In addition to the planned work, we quickly respond to the appeals of vacationers. We also spend a lot of time on prevention. Parents should not be allowed to swim alone on an inflatable mattress. We conduct explanatory conversations with experienced swimmers who constantly strive to go beyond buoys. The mentality of vacationers has changed significantly over the years: people react correctly to comments and behave adequately in the recreation area.
