Operator from the peasant farm of the Lipetsk region was awarded the prize of the contest “Women in agriculture”

The special prize of the contest “Women in agriculture” was awarded to the operator of machine milking KH “River” Lidia Erniyazova. This was reported in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Lipetsk region.

At the regional stage, Lydia received a diploma for participation: her project went out of competition, however, as noted in the department, touched all the members of the jury. The work was also appreciated at the federal level, where she was also awarded a diploma.

The operator built her approach to the matter on a personal example, proving that it is possible to increase the productivity of the dairy herd without capital expenditures. The main thing, in her opinion, is the attitude to animals: without screaming and noise, but with a clear schedule of the day. Lydia believes that cows are animal habits, and therefore do not forgive mistakes, but are grateful for attention.

The Ministry congratulated Lydia on the award and wished her further success.
