Organizations in the Tver region announced a warning because of unused farmland

The legal entity was warned and recommended to start using the land plot for its purpose, told in the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor in the Tver and Yaroslavl regions.

In September 2026, representatives of Rosreestr examined the agricultural plot in the Kalinin district and found that 173.4 hectares of farmland are not agricultural activities.

Information was sent to the regional office of Rosselkhoznadzor. After reviewing the survey materials, it was decided to announce a warning to the organization. The Agency proceeded from the fact that the site has all the signs of violations of land legislation associated with the lack of proper care of farmland.
