Orlovchanka has gained ownership of the foundation of roadside service

A resident of the Orel municipal district appealed to the court to recognize the ownership of the unfinished roadside service. In the statement of claim, she indicated that in 2015 she received a plot for rent and began to build the building, but due to financial problems, she managed to build only the foundation.

In the course of the proceedings, the Themis clergy established that the construction was carried out legally during the lease period, and the administration did not object to the use of the site. As a result, the woman recognized the ownership of the object with an area of 326.8 square meters and was obliged to enter data in the USRN. The decision can be appealed within a month.
