In the Orel region, the Livensky interdistrict prosecutor's office sent a criminal case against a local resident to the court. The woman is accused of fraud and charged with part 2 of article 159 of the criminal code.

According to the press service of the Prosecutor’s office, in February last year, the accused deceived the 88-year-old pensioner. She promised the man to provide legal services, but initially did not plan to fulfill its obligations. The victim gave her 90 thousand rubles.

At present, the case materials have been submitted to the Livensky District Court. The defendant will now be held accountable for his actions before the law.
